Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their scheduled virtual healing session and request a full refund up until the day before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made on or after the day of the session are non-refundable.

  • To request a cancellation and refund, clients must contact us directly prior to the cutoff time.
